We do not use RMA or RA numbers at The VON Corporation. We ask that you include inside the equipment, contact information for whomever is responsible for approving the repairs, along with a note detailing any problems/issues/what you would like done to the equipment.
We strongly recommend strapping the equipment to a pallet, and shipping via an LTL freight line. If you never use LTL freight lines, we can assist with scheduling one and having it bill to our account, to add to the final repair cost.
