Testing Insulated Gloves, Sleeves, Blankets, Line Hose, Hoods, Jumpers, and Switch Sticks – Postponed – New Dates TBD

Insulated rubber gloves, sleeves, blankets, line hose and hoods are used extensively throughout the electric utility industry to provide both primary and secondary protection to the electrical worker. Knowledge and skills in conducting electrical and visual tests on this equipment help to insure that it provides the needed protection to electrical workers. The Program is designed to impart and improve the knowledge and skills required to properly clean, visually inspect, electrically test, store and maintain insulated rubber gloves, sleeves, blankets, line hose, hoods, high voltage jumpers, and switch sticks.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, this class is being postponed.  Once new dates are selected, this post will be updated.
